HazMasterG3 Now Available via FEMA Direct Assistance Program
In June, 2006, Alluviam was invited by DHS to demonstrate HazMasterG3® to a board of subject matter experts for evaluation and consideration for inclusion in the CEDAP program. HazMasterG3® was subsequently selected for inclusion in CEDAP, making it the only DHS Approved Product for Homeland Security for CBRNE/IED decision support to be included as a part of this year's CEDAP program. Alluviam is proud to support FEMA in this important program with our DHS Certified / Designated Anti-Terror Technology.
Congress established the Commercial Equipment Direct Assistance Program (CEDAP) in FY 2005 to ensure that law enforcement, emergency responder agencies, departments and task forces who demonstrate that the equipment will be used to improve their ability and capacity to respond to a major critical incident, can acquire, through direct assistance, the specialized equipment, like HazMasterG3, they require to meet their homeland security mission.
CEDAP applications may be submitted via the Responder Knowledge Base (www.rkb.mipt.org) starting at 0900EDT on Wednesday, April 25th, and continuing until June 29th, 2007.
